    Light (Lime Green) – Light is the perfect resistance level to kick start your fitness routine, training, or rehabilitation program. This is also a great option for those foot-to-hand exercises that require the band to stretch long distances.
    Specs: 7lbs. of resistance @100% stretch- 66lbs. of resistance @600% stretch
    Medium (Aqua) – Kick your training up a notch with the medium resistance. This level is ideal for moderate intensity workouts and training. Recommended for foot-to-hand exercises for established athletes.
    Specs: 9lbs. of resistance @100% stretch- 87lbs. of resistance @600% stretch
    Heavy (Dark Green) – Okay, so you want a little challenge? By all means, give it a go. Keep in mind this is a heavy band with some attitude; the perfect resistance for those who are serious about pushing the limits in their workouts!
    Specs: 12lbs. of resistance @100% stretch- 111lbs. of resistance @600% stretch
    Extra Heavy (Grey) – Caution. Not for the faint of heart. This resistance will push your training to the max. You have been warned!
